Akemi Tanaka will be a guest at the forthcoming Doki Doki Manchester Japanese Festival on the 12th November.
Doki Doki is an annual event held in Manchester celebrating both traditional and modern Japanese culture. Aid For Japan (the charity that Akemi founded) will also be Doki Doki’s charity of choice for this year’s event.
Akemi will be talking about the traditional Japanese kimono as well as the Tea Ceremony. She will also be conducting a calligraphy workshop.
